Reviews and Ratings
The hotel at Hotel Acca is a mixed bag. Despite the small, unpleasant-smelling rooms, the air conditioning during a summer heatwave was a bonus. The layout with cleaning products everywhere was off-putting.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although adequate, had some issues like being small and run down with thin walls. There was also a disturbing mustiness in the air, and we even encountered a scorpion in the room. On the bright side, the service was welcoming and friendly, with special arrangements made for a unique experience in Murano. The location was convenient for exploring Venice, albeit a bit of a distance from the Vaporetto stop. The dining options were a hit or miss, varying from okay to delicious. Overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory, nothing extraordinary.
The hotel is located in a prime area, near the main station, making it convenient to roam around. The rooms were a bit small with a strong disinfectant smell but featured 2 double beds. The service was top-notch, with a helpful and kind staff allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out. The location is perfect, close to Campo San Polo and just a few minutes from Rialto. The dining experience offered a good selection of breakfast options. The facilities were adequate with various amenities available.
I had a great time at the hotel. The ground floor room was perfect, especially with the AC given the hot weather during my stay. The only downside was the presence of a few mosquitoes stuck on the walls.
The hotel room, which was huge by Venice standards, was nice, comfortable, and had a big bathroom. It may need the top sheets of the bed replaced but being on the ground floor was great, especially with the AC since it was very hot when I visited.
